FAQ
How do I do this?
Easy. Come here every day and complete the 15 minute challenge posted. Post your results to the comments. The most important thing is to be consistent and do it every day.
What’s the point of all this?
Habits are what define us, for better or worse. The idea of Daily 15 is to create the habit of doing things every week that make us stronger, happier, more productive, and less stressed.
Why 15 minutes?
ANYONE can spare fifteen minutes. Most of the challenges are designed to be done anywhere at any time, to leave you with NO excuse not to do them. Using time efficiently and being consistent are what really matter, and Daily 15 is designed with those principles in mind.
What if I miss a day?
The best thing to do is to make up the day you miss and keep going. If you’re really crunched for time, just skip it and keep going. What’s REALLY important is that you don’t use it as an excuse to quit!
Why post results?
Public accountability is a really strong motivator. Besides that it’s fun to look back at your progress.
What if I go over 15 minutes?
It’s up to you. Keep going if you want to, or stop. You’re off the hook once the timer runs out, so don’t feel bad if you weren’t able to finish.
What if I can’t do a challenge?
Just do the best you can. Daily 15 should make your life better, not stress you out. In the end you’re only answering to yourself so use your judgement and do what you think is best for you.

I practice what I preach. Most of these challenges are based on things I have tried and implemented into my life.
