Run fast for one minute, then walk for two. Repeat five times.

  1. Can’t run. Keep walking. I walked over 3 miles on Tuesday, about 2 on Wednesday, about 3/4 today, and don’t know about tomorrow. Surgically repaired foot doesn’t like me right now.
